She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Melvin and Della Jane White (Brooks); her husband Richard Ernest "Ernie" Foster; her daughter Pamela Sue Sutton; and her siblings, Glenna, Betty, Lorene, Beulah, Charles, Lewis, Richard and Jake.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Crowley (Curtis) of Knob Noster; her grandchildren, Breeanna Osban (Dustin) of Oklahoma City and Jordan Wayne Sutton (Lizzy) of Greenville; her son-in-law Kenny Sutton of Patterson; her niece Jeanice Dugger of Branson West; and her nephew Tom Ratliff (Rita) of Springfield. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ruegg Funeral Home-Piedmont (321 N Main St, Piedmont, MO 63957). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:15 PM at the Patterson Cemetery.
