He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Thomas and Charlesa Lewis; his siblings, Phillis Weiss, Patricia Joyce and Randy Thomas; and his son-in-law Randy Hoover.
He is survived by: his children, Kristi Hoover (Eric), Jarrod Thomas (Jennifer), Kari Thomas (Blaine) and Mark Thomas; his grandchildren, Sam, Hannah, Rachel, Sara (Ben), Kristi (Isaiah), Clayton, Cole, Kallynne, McKenzie and Conner; his great grandchildren, Logan and Haden; his former wife Nancy Bausher; and his siblings, Patrick Thomas, Penny Thomas and Polly Henderson-Perez.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Toys for Tots in Memory of Phil Thomas.
