He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his siblings-in-law, Clay and Sally; his stepdaughter Joann; his stepgrandchildren, Andy of Springfield, Missouri., Grant of Springfield, Missouri. and Madalyn of Springfield, Missouri.; his siblings, Pauline (Martin), John (Sandra) and Carolina (Charles); his nieces and nephews, Melissa, Kristen, Robin, Joey and Ryan; and also Christopher (Kate).
