She is survived by: her son Jason Crouch (Alicia) of Bradleyville Mo; her grandchildren, Danielle Lee (Jared) of Bradleyville Mo and Hayden Crouch (Kendra) of Branson Mo; her great grandchildren, Eli, Ben and Jessa Lee of Bradleyville Mo; and her nephew Carl W. Daily (Brenda).
