He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his daughters, Lisa of Virginia and Karen of Florida; his former wife Shirley; and his sisters, Carolyn, Pat of North Carolina and Linda of Illinois. He is also survived by his two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
