He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Osborn; his children, Jeff Osborn (Lisa) of Brashear, Ginger Osborn Cooper of Carthage and Matt Osborn (Debra) of Kirksville, Missouri; his grandchildren, Justin Osborn (Maria), Jared Osborn (Jessica), Kristin Nelson (Alex) and Amber Parrish (Tim); his great grandchildren, Peyton, Jayden, Adasyn, Ethan, Kheegan, Gracie, Gage, Gara, George and Finley; his siblings, Marlene Lay and Ronnie Osborn; his siblings-in-law, Donna Brewer, Toni Milstead and Monte Milstead (Jean); and his close friend Eileen Bradley. He is also survived by his family and numerous friends.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Brashear Cemetery.
