He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Grant and Mary Katherine Milligan (Stratton); his siblings, Wink, Richard, Dean, Kenny, Allen and Mildred Lee Pollard; and his children-in-law, Lori Milligan and Patrick Peters.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Milligan (Debbie), Tom Milligan, Ronnie Burton (Dawn), Sheila Milligan (Casey Sorensen), Cindy Peters and Jennifer Goff (Brian); his grandchildren, Zach Milligan (Ashley), Matt Milligan (Kelly), Lance Milligan (Katelyn), Luke Milligan (Darlene), Kara Meyer (Tyler), Cailyn Haley (Jake), Rebecca Bell, Blake Peters (Jenna), Darcey Emmanuel (Aaron), Evan Milligan, Bethany Secchio (Christian), Lucas Harpster, Kenzie Giese (Michael), Dillon Goff (Katlyin), Samantha McGregor (Nathan), Brittney Goff, Jackie Osborne and Nikki Lantis; his siblings, Calvin Milligan (Dorothy), Leon Milligan and Shirley Bisbee (Bill); and his mother-in-law Lillie Louise Curtis. He is also survived by 37 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to either New Hope Cemetery or Heartland Chapel Building Fund.
