Cowan and Garnet Juanita Cowan (Belshe); her brothers, Dale Bruce Cowan and Phillip Cowan; her former husbands, Carl Adams and Maynard Ott; her son Scott Adams; her stepsons, Frank Sgambato and Randy Ott; her nephew Tony Passiglia; her great-nephew Austin Anderson; and her great-niece Allison Passiglia.
She is survived by: her brother Jerry Cowan; her sister-in-law Barb Cowan; her son Mike Adams; her grandchildren, Cierra Barron (John Barron), Olivia Derickson (Ryan Derickson) and Carlie Adams; her great grandchild Ophelia Derickson; her nieces, Connie Fuson, Teresa Summerville (Chris Summerville), Julie Gorhman (Phillip) and Sherri Passiglia; and her stepchildren, Denise Everman, Glen Ott and Shane Ott. She is also survived by 10 great nieces and nephews, 5 great-great nieces and nephews, and 4 great-great-great nieces and nephews.
