Donald Ray Pemberton Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Ray Pemberton of Breckenridge, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 5, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond L. and Susie M.; and his siblings, Roger, Junior, Warren, Willie, Jim, Kathy Baker-Witt, Dorles Ruby and Martha Young.
He is survived by: his children, John E. Pemberton (Cheryl) of Belton, MO, James Pemberton (Mary Ann) of Independence, MO, Bonnie Morris (Jerry) of Osawatomie, KS, Sherry Ann O'Neill (Pat) of Adrian, MO, Corrie Galindo of Kansas City, MO and Jesse Pemberton (Cheyenne Bannan) of Breckenridge, MO; his grandchildren, Charlie Henderson, Jose'Torres, Clinton Pemberton, Cambrie Pemberton, Denise Pemberton, Anthony Pemberton, Cash Vaca, Shawn O'Neill, Donald Ray Pemberton, Adam Morris, Shane Morris, Lavona Brooks, Christopher Pemberton, James Pemberton, Sherice Pemberton, Sophia Pemberton, Alesandra Morris and Crysandra Corriveau; and his sister Norma. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Breckenridge School (400 W Colfax St, Breckenridge, MO 64625). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (605 Division St, Breckenridge, MO 64625).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospitals in care of the funeral home.
