He was predeceased by: his mother Beatrice Pittman. He is survived by: his children, Nick Hormell of Excelsior Springs, Missouri and CJ Hormell (Rob) of Excelsior Springs, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Neveah, Evan, Lizzy, Jordan, Keira and Khai.
