He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon H. Hull and Olive D. Hull (Haynes); his son Dennis "Bo" Michael Hull; and his siblings, Vernon and Carol Slane.
He is survived by: his wife Latisha Hull (Reddick); his stepfather John Baker; his uncle Stanley; his aunt Betty; his friends, William, Peggy Knoll and Susan Nelson; and his cousin Deb Rehkop. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family members, and special friends.
