With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward J. Fileccia of Bridgeton, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 25, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In bidding Edward adieu, let us not mourn the silence that now fills the spaces Edward once occupied, but rather celebrate the vibrant colors he painted upon the canvas of our lives. For while he may have departed from this earthly realm, his spirit remains a beacon of light, guiding us through the darkest of nights.

He was predeceased by : his father Joseph Fileccia. He is survived by : his mother Blanche Fileccia; his daughters, Karen (Joe), Flanagan, Kim Fileccia and Patsy Beeson (Kris); and his siblings, Sue Fileccia and Steven Fileccia.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Collier's Funeral Home (3400 N Lindbergh Blvd, St Ann, MO 63074-2103). A prayer was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).

In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be given to Mexico Missouri VA Clinic, 3460 South Clark Street, Mexico, MO. 65265-4124.
