She was predeceased by : her father Kevin M. Hayden, Sr.. She is survived by : her pets, Lola, Cain and Beans; her mother Cynthia "Cindy" Hayden; her siblings, Kevin Hayden, Jr. of Belleville, IL, Andrew Hayden of Wright City, MO and Katie Bornhop (Michael) of Silex, MO; her aunts, Christina DeGrasso, Joann Martinez, Sheila Davis, Karen Gerli and Maureen Robertson; and her nieces and nephews, Sean, Aubrey, Amber and Kevin.

Memorials may be made to the Lizzy's family to assist with funeral expenses.
