He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Hoyer and Glenn Hoyer. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Jennifer Hoyer (Meagan) and Stephany Hoyer (Ryan); his grandchildren, Dinah and William; and his brother Dennis (Jan).
