He is survived by: his parents, Mitchell Lotz and Tena Lotz of Bonne Terre, MO; his wife Shelbie Lotz of Bolivar, MO; his daughters, Zoey and Paisley; his brother Austin (Morgan Lotz); his nieces and nephews, Titus, Fletcher and Shepard; and his sister Ashley (Derek Difabio). He is also survived by Grandparents, numerous uncles and aunts.
