She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Ruzicka of Bolivar, MO, Charlotte McDonald of Highlandville, MO, Michael Ruzicka (Christie) of Morrisville, MO, Jeanie Freeman (Dick) of Lake Ozark, MO and Carol Gilpin (Blake) of Buffalo, MO; her grandchildren, Karen Billings (Thomas), Anthony "Tony" Ruzicka, Audra Jones (Keegan), Brian Ruzicka (Lacey), Ashley Letterman (Mitch), Nick Ruzicka, Garrett Ruzicka, Tonette Glendenning (Kyle), Madelyn Freeman, Emily Gilpin and Natalie Gilpin; her brother Benjamin Cooksey of Brighton, MO; and her sister-in-law Betty Cooksey of Walnut Grove, MO. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
