She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Starks and Jewell Starks (Huff); her husband Jack Lee McGuire; her siblings, Betty Wilson, Rosie Thompson and Jay Starks; and her great grandchild Maverick John.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie McGuire, Debbie White (Francis) and Randy McGuire (Terri); her brother Frankie Starks (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Ashley, Shelby, Charlie, Sammi, Andy, Courtney, Tim, Bradley, Frank and Amanda. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and great friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Ruthie's memory to the Marshfield Care Center.
