He was predeceased by: his parents, David Eugene Sr. and Carolyn Ingram (Hulen); and his son Derick Ingram. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ingram; his children, Danielle Mone (Jake), Dana Rivera (Tony) and Dustin Ingram (Janna); his grandchildren, Aubrey Mone, Payton Mone, Maria Rivera, Alaina Rivera, Allison Ingram, Lucus Ingram, Ruger Ingram and Waylon Ingram; and his brothers, John Ingram and Jeff Ingram (Kim).
