He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Glen Mathews and Freda Ilene Mathews (Scott); his stepmother Ina Mathews; and his brother Michael Mathews. He is survived by: his daughter Quandy White (Anthony) of Carlisle, Iowa; his granddaughters, Aubrey and Callie White; and his brothers, Steve Mathews (Susie) of Ozark and James Mathews (Michelle) of Perry, Oklahoma..
