She is survived by: her mother Sharon Lea Van Dyke of Meadville; her children, Alexandria Williams of Meadville and Joshua Hess of Meadville; her brother Paul Hess (Kori) of Lee's Summit; her nieces and nephews, Annika and Kailey Hess; her cousins, Sheila Duncan, Angie Duncan, Jeff Duncan, Jim Van Dyke, III, Christian Van Dyke, Jeff Hess, Leslie Hess, Lori Lorino-Tavis, Richard Lorino, Randy Lorino and Kimmie Malone Williams; her uncles, Jim Van Dyke, II (Suzie) of Kingsville and Jim Hess of Gladstone; and her aunt Joyce Malone Quigley of Texas.
