He was predeceased by: his father John Lee Hamilton; and his grandchild Jordan Hamilton. He is survived by: his wife Leigh Ann Hamilton (Lichtenberg); his children, Phillip Jordan Hamilton (Barbara), Christian Trent Hamilton (Michael) of Lawrence and John Page Hamilton (Lindsay) of Salina, Kansas; his grandchildren, John Peyton, Tristan, Mia, Reese and Evelyn Hamilton; his mother Peggy Joan Helton Hamilton of Marceline; his sister Lisa McDougan (Mark) of Glasgow, Kentucky; and his sibling's children, Kylee Allen (Jimmy) and JonMarc McDougan (Sarah) of Glasgow, Kentucky. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
