He was predeceased by: his parents, Vahl Clawson and Oweda Clawson; his son Kenneth Joseph Clawson (Kenny); his grandson Patrick Edward Clawson; and his siblings, Luzenia Mae Arthaud, Arlene June Clawson, Ira Lee Clawson, Mervil, Myrtle Clawson, Neva Louise Wombwell, Hazel Marie Doss, Billie Joe Clawson, Doris Ann Borron, Roy Harvey Clawson, Judith Kay Tate and Donald Dale Clawson.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann "Pat" Schaefer; his children, Doug Clawson (Anna Mae) of Sturgeon, MO, Cindy Clark (Scott) of Keytesville, MO and Jim Clawson (Audra) of Brookfield, MO; his daughter-in-law Deann Clawson of Blue Springs, MO.; his grandchildren, Jennifer Bratton (James), Janice Clawson (Daric Denney), Katie Clawson, Caleb Clawson, Ryan Clark (Brianne), Zachary Clark (Shelby), Kyle Clawson and Paige Clawson; his great grandchildren, Margot Clark, Eliza Clark and Brandt Denney; his brothers, Jerry Clawson of Lauderdale, Dick Clawson (Trudy) of Brookfield, MO and Ronnie Clawson (Julie) of Warrensburg, MO; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Clawson of Sand Point, ID and Ann Clawson of O'Fallon, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
