He was predeceased by: his parents, Hadley Rulon and Lois Rulon (Phillips); and his brother Gary Rulon. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Slaughter; his sons, Richard Rulon (Julie) and Sidney Rulon (Meredith); and his sister-in-law Evelyn Rulon. He is also survived by six grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren.
