She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Earnhart (Troy), Brandon Caldwell (Katie), Jason Cook and Justin Cook; her siblings, Patsy Wilson and Karol Terry; and her former husbands, Karl Jennings Caldwell III and Gary Cook. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; three maternal cousins.
