It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Cornell of Broseley, Missouri, who passed away on January 22, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Burt Hanley and Grace Cornell; his son Junior Cornell; and his siblings, Richard Wright, Larry Hanley and Sherry Willis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gina Blue (Chipper) of Broseley, MO and Christine Oberkramer (Dino) of Broseley, MO; his siblings, Barbara Cash, Judy Cash, Kay Trout, Wanda Adamson and Virgil; his grandchildren, Jessica Young (Kyle), Jimmy Cornell, Blake Blue, Jerrad Blue, Kaylee Mitchell (Pierre), Kyle Oberkramer (Jaden) and Mason Oberkramer (Aliece); and his great grandchildren, Julia Chambliss, Noah, Kinsey Cornell, Lillian, Finn Blue, Brady, Brody Blue, Kai, Ace Mitchell, Waylon Oberkramer, Bristol, Quinn and MaCray Oberkramer.
