She was predeceased by: her parents, Velma James and Glen James. She is survived by: her husband Melvin James Carmack; her children, Kenneth Carmack (Deborah), Karen McNear (Mark) and Randy Carmack (Mary); and her grandchildren, Amy, Heather Carmack, Levi McNear (Tiffiny), Hannah Howdeshell (Brendon) and Josh Carmack. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
