He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Butler and Margret Butler (Holiday) of Union; and his siblings, Lozetta Skip Davis, Myrna Wilson and Darrell Butler.
He is survived by: his sons, Micheal Butler, Jody Butler (Claudia) and Blake Lundy (James); his grandsons, Lloyd Butler and Loren Butler; and his siblings, Rita Collins, Tammy Shore and David Butler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
