He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Phillips and Faye Phillips (Rodden); and his sister Loretta Kay. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Phillips; his son Mitchell Phillips (Tara); and his grandchildren, Jamison Phillips and Jayde Phillips.
