She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Rader and Erma Rader (Haxten); her husband Roy Smith; her brothers, Royal, Darrell, Edwin, Duane and Donald; and her great grandchild James Wayne McHaffie-Barr.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Bennett (Sandy), Richard Smith (Patricia) and Karen Bell; her grandchildren, Ryan, Adam Smith, Misty Cunningham, Kristy Maggard, Taylor, Mitch Cummings and Josh Smith; her great grandchildren, Austin, Dallas, Levi Hutchinson, Sierra, Kayden Jackson, Kenzie and Macy Cummings; and her brother-in-law Bud Mayfield. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home of Ozark (504 W Walnut St, Ozark, MO 65721). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
