He was predeceased by: his mothers, Vivian Stephenson and Nettie Stephenson (Blevins); his daughter Tracy Stephenson; and his sister Ina Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Houpt (Tony), Jolynn Clark (Dennis) and Phillip Stephenson (Mary). He is also survived by four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to be made to Callao Christian Church.
