He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold H Johnson and Mildred B Johnson (Head); his parents-in-law, Henry and Effie Hoffman; his sister Elna Johnson Van Dyke; and his siblings-in-law, Libby Teal, Carrie Mitchem, Carrie Johnson and Dave McKee.
He is survived by: his wife Sonia Faye Johnson; his children, Andrew Johnson (Megan) of Dayton, TX, Timothy Johnson (Tamara) of Lowell, AR and Kelsey Casady (Caleb) of Camden Point, MO; his grandchildren, Kimberly Medlock (Lane), Lexie Bell, Abby Johnson, Laney Johnson, Parker Johnson, Kinley Johnson, Decker Johnson and Cora Casady; his great grandchildren, Fallon, Stetson, Jaxton and Sutton; his siblings, Marilyn Johnson McKee, Keith Johnson and Debbie Johnson Jenkins (Jesse); and his brothers-in-law, Larry Van Dyke, Jimmie Teal and Brett Mitchem. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bucklin Methodist Church. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
