He was predeceased by: his mother Jonann Minear (Harris); and his sister Danetta Minear. He is survived by: his father David Leroy Minear Sr.; his wife Larenda Minear; his children, Jacob Minear, Caleb Minear and Rebecca Smith; his grandchildren, Delilah and Viktor; and his brother Darron Minear.
