He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leonard, Lily Molloy, Ernest and Nellie Straub. He is survived by: his parents, Henry Rudolph Straub of Bucklin and Karla Rose Straub (Molloy); his sons, Mason Mayhew of Brookfield and Kagen Straub of Bucklin; and his sister Stacey Sturguess of Rothville. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to Karla Straub for the benefit of Kagen Straub's college fund.
