He is survived by: his brother Danny Evilsizer; his children, Teri Heavener of Blue Springs, MO and Gary Evilsizer (Christine) of Wellington, MO; and his stepsons, Richard Freeman (Joann) of Lincoln, MO and Bill Scott of Braymer, MO. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren; and his seventeen great-grandchildren.
