He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Decker and Pauline Decker; and his daughter Kelly Decker. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Decker; his son Mike Decker (Judy); his stepson Travis Busch (Samantha); his siblings, Terry Decker (Debbie) and Connie Sue Simmons (Fred); and his grandchildren, Derek Decker (Lexi), Kassidy Garrison (Paul), Johnathan Farris (Allison) and Mikayla Bogacz. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
