He was predeceased by: his father Burl Dame; and his sister Karen Garcia. He is survived by: his mother Catherine Dame (Clemmons); his children, Courtney Dame, Taylor Dame, Jeremy Dame and Jaime (Amanda Richardson); his siblings, Robert Dame and Tammy Dame; and his grandchildren, Alex, Dustin, Don, Kale, Karson, Ana-Leigh, Sapphire, Hagen and Hadlee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members, and a few close friends.
