She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferdinand Haas and Flossie Mae Haas (Watkins); her husband Charles Lee; her children, David Lee Hume and Carol Sue Maddux; her son-in-law Jimmie Maddux; her siblings, Buddie Haas (Waiva), Elmer Haas (Georgia), Maggie Peterson, Hazel Hume (John), Gracia Hanger (Ernest) and Linda Sue; her grandson Charles David Hume; and her brothers-in-law, JD Sellers and Charlie Walker.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jerry Haas of Fenton, MO, Nancy Fae Sellers of Belle, MO and Leona Mae Walker of Salem, MO; her grandchildren, Keith Maddux (Kim Garrett), Kevin (Kristen Maddux) of Nixa, MO and Clara (Randell Boggs) of Buffalo, MO; her great grandchildren, Tyler (Melanie Maddux), Destiny Maddux, Noah Maddux, Kinnon Maddux and Kennedy Maddux; and her great great grandchildren, Dean and Sam Maddux. She is also survived by other family members, her church family, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home - Buffalo (931 W Main St, Buffalo, MO 65622). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
