It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer Kite (Buffalo, Missouri), born in Pacific Junction, Iowa, who passed away on October 13, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Darlene Helen Fisher and Otis Neal Kite; his wife Shirlene Kite; and his son Tony Kite. He is survived by : his former life partner Barbara Ann Hockabout; his children, Jeff (Linda Kite), Theresa (Stephen Bowers), Loretta (Robert Meredith) and Neal Kite of Creighton; and his grandchildren, Dustin Piper, Matthew Piper, Courtney Timmerman, Jaren Kite, Bethany Kite, Clara Sikes, Emily King and Samantha Bowers. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
