Gantner Erwin Martin Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gantner Erwin Martin of Buffalo, Missouri, born in Bakersfield, California, who passed away on January 1, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Mildred Holmes and Gantner Joseph Martin; his brother Marvin Martin; and his daughter Erin Myers. He is survived by: his wife Kay Martin; his children, Dean Martin of Canby, Sheri Arnold of Fountain Valley and Dana Pincock of Bossier City, Louisiana; and his stepchildren, Barbara Morgans (Danny), Amy Mahurin, Jacque Rice (Scott) and Justin Blake (Crystal). He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Grace Community Church or the Bowers Chapel Cemetery.
