He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Crabtree; his grandchildren, Jennifer Holden (Steven), Kim Rutter (Chad), Ernie Johnson (Sonja), Christine Klockner (Tim), Angelica Hendrix (Austin) and Hillary Pantle (David); his great grandchildren, Audrey Relitz (Ryan), Meagan, Nora Johnson, Morgan England (Aaron), Samantha Rutter, Grace, Carly Klockner, Wesley, Lilly and Georgie Pantle; and his great great grandchildren, Levi, Laney, Lexi England, Rawlin, Sadie Jones, Ryker, Avery and Ember Relitz.
