He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Joe and June Turner (Pitts); his wife Lanna June Hoover; his daughter Angela; his sister-in-law Connie Turner; his sister Patsy Duskin (Melton Duskin); and his cousin Carl Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Turner (Becky) of Elkland, Julie Turner-Crawford (Bill) of Phillipsburg and David (Stephanie) of Buffalo; his grandchildren, Jennifer McCorkill (Andy) of Elkland, Kelsey Doty (Lance) of Elkland, Madison Tunnell (Clayton) of Marshfield, Brylie Turner (Faith) of Urbana, Morgan Turner and Ella Turner of Buffalo; his great grandchildren, Eloise, Emmy, Lee Doty, Molly, Marylee McCorkill and Buckley Tunnell; his brothers, Billie Wayne of Fair Grove and Joe Mitchell Turner (Pat) of Hermitage; and his aunt Evelyn Hale of Bolivar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Macedonia Cemetery or the Dallas County Fair Board.
