She is survived by: her children, Christopher Lynn Mayfield (Jennifer), Angela Michelle Mayfield and Traci Lea Owens (Dusty); her grandchildren, Kyle Huber (Krystal), Breck Mayfield, Hailie Mayfield (Keanu Ventenilla), Janissa Mayfield, Cooper Mayfield, Tallyn Gunnels, Megan Portis (Josh), Dalton Bennett (Abby), Parker Tyree (Erynn Donovan), Tristan Timmerwilke (Cassie), Tyler Gash, Tegan Gash, Keeley McCorkendale (James) and Kinsley Brooke (Brady); her great grandchildren, Alyea (Brock), Cameron (Jamison), Scarlet, Kayedon, Wyatt, Haiden, Paisley, Jagger, Haven, Riley, Logan, Bailey, James, Jonah, Noah, Lyle, Owen and Shiloh; and her great great grandchildren, Cohen, Brooks and Denton. She is also survived by daughter, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
