It is with sadness that the passing of Michael James Phillips of Buffalo, Missouri is shared. Michael, born on September 29, 1959 in Raytown, Missouri, passed away on July 17, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Michael will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bartley and Dorothy Phillips (Simmons); and his brother Billy Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Gayla Luttrell; his sons, Aaron Phillips of Preston, MO and Matthew (Anna); and his sister Sheryl Braun of Macks Creek, MO.. He is also survived by other family members and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Cross Timbers Cemetery Fund.
