He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bartley and Dorothy Phillips (Simmons); and his brother Billy Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Gayla Luttrell; his sons, Aaron Phillips of Preston, MO and Matthew (Anna); and his sister Sheryl Braun of Macks Creek, MO.. He is also survived by other family members and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Cross Timbers Cemetery Fund.
