Otis leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Otis’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Otis will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: wife: Arnella "Nellie" Villines; parents: George and Gladys (Kilgore) Villines; son: Randy (Julieta Villines); daughters: Dana (John Eagan), Jodi Zimmerman, Donna (Craig Kuchera), Marla (John), and Shannon Meyer; sisters: Kathy Hayes, Reba Taylor, and Lottie Short; brothers (deceased): Melvin Villines, Antho Villines, J. C. Villines, Ricky Villines, and Floy Villines; sisters (deceased): Levada Kuhlmann, Lois James, and Wilma Peterson; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home - Buffalo (931 W Main St, Buffalo, MO 65622). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the same location.
