He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Brizendine and Katherine Brizendine (Strickfaden); his siblings, Ralph Brizendine, Frank Brizendine, Wilbur Brizendine, Loretta Reeves and Ruby Freeze; and his significant other Nora Terrell.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Terrell of Jamestown, Carla Fairfax of Bunceton, Jimmy Terrell and Bryan Terrell of Greenridge; his siblings, Dorothy Maddex of Bunceton, Helen Elliot, James Brizendine of Boonville and Kenneth Brizendine of Bunceton; and his grandchildren, Christopher Arnold, John Arnold, Maddie Kempf, Braxton Kempf and Kaitlin Terrell. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
