With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Bennitt Tarvid of Bunker, Missouri, born in Ironton, Missouri, who passed away on January 19, 2026 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tarvid and Elma Tarvid (May); and his sisters, Sue Estep and Lynn McNail. He is survived by: his wife Burnetta Tarvid of Corridon; his sons, Charles Scott Tarvid (Rhonda) of Corridon and Gregory Kaiton Tarvid (Angie) of Bunker; his brother John Emmitt Tarvid of Ellington; his grandchildren, Laura, Kailey, Kaiton, Dalton, Wyatt, Eli, Erica, Leslie and Jodi; his great grandchildren, Brylee, Rylinn, Brynlyn, Hagen, Kordin, Jase, Tripp, Luka, Camyle, Liam, Bannon, Maddox, Grey, Rhett and Ridge; and his sister-in-law Rhonda Martin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
