With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Fern Neomia Highley of Bunker, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Leman Black and Hattie Belle Black (Watson); her husband Angus Clifford Highley Jr.; her granddaughter Andrea Brewer; her great grandchild Hiley Brewer; and her sisters, Judith Elaine Wisdom and Juanita June Wisdom (Ernest Rosalee Patterson).
She is survived by: her sons, Byron Clifford Highley (Tracy) of Marshfield and Roger Craig Highley of Bunker; her sisters, Edith Nash of Salem and Karen Parker (Warren) of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Erica Grace Buehler (Highley) of Strafford and Ethen Byron Highley (Emily) of Strafford; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Brewer, Adalynn, Alyssa, Justice Buehler, Cora and John Highley.
