He is survived by : his wife Ann Ball of Bunker; his sons, Howard Ball and Jerry Ball of Bonne Terre; and his siblings, Larry Ball of Springfield, David Ball (Cathy) of Salem, Keith Ball (Melissa) of Marshfield, Wanda Markem of Springfield and Donna Price (Jerry) of Columbia, Tennessee.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
