She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Thurman Parker and Mildred Jane Parker (Pinkley); her husband Harold Vest; and her siblings, Donald Lloyd, Jimmy Dale, David Henry, Jerry Lee, Kenneth Wayne and Diann Elaine Nash.
She is survived by: her daughter Connie Payne of Mineral Point; her siblings, Paul Eugene Parker (Cynthia) of Salem, Alan Ray Parker (Karen) of Forney and Suzette Fererro (Dave) of Salem; her siblings-in-law, Jimmy Nash and Vera Parker; her grandsons, Randall Payne of Bunker and Andrew Payne (Amanda) of Park Hills; and her great grandchild Jayden Payne. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
